Interview
The video interview was not a problem, I am used to talking to a camera. I feel I aced all 5 of my video interviews, yes the most recent interview was the 5th attempt at getting a position as a flight attendant with United alone. I have interviewed with other airlines and not been job offered yet. In my opinion if you are more than 10 pounds over what would be considered your ideal weight based on height then don't bother until the weight is lost. Honestly the process is still a huge mystery to me. I KNOW I am qualified for the job based on past job experience which may not carry enough weight. I have 20+ years of face to face customer service. Prepare to answer honestly how you would handle customer problems, although maybe that isn't what they want- it is a mystery I plan on finding the key to employment with an airline.

You are flight attendant A of three attendants on a flight from Phoenix to Tucson. (Flight Attendant A is usually the "boss" keep in mind) Your flight attendant B doesn't want to do the beverage service because she feels the trip is too short. What would you do?

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
