I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online for the open position on May 29, the next day I recieved an email inviting me to do the hireview video. I was given 5 days to complete the video, after two days of studying and prepping myself with questions provided here on this site I felt confident to proceed further. I made sure no one was home for fear of interruption or background noise. I had read natural light was the best, but for me I found shutting the blinds half way and using indoor light gave me the best appearance. Before the interview I recorded myself on my "photo booth" to get a good feel for speaking into the camera. I then proceeded to the practice questions provided on the website and did them each a couple of times (they give you three questions and you can do them as many times as needed before going on to the real interview) I highly recommend utilizing the practice questions over and over until you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. The practice round really helped calm my nerves. You have 30 seconds to prep before each answer, use this time wisely. I kept a notebook with highlighted points I didn't want to forget to say during my interview. Afterward, I felt great! When I had finished I was thinking, wow I was so stressed about this and it was actually quite simple. Dress as you would for the face to face interview. Natural classy make up and hair. A well kept appearance goes a long way! I received an email yesterday morning inviting me to a group interview and called to schedule my interview date today. I fly to Houston on Tuesday and my interview is the following day. I am beyond excited! Good luck to you all, and I hope I was able to provide you with helpful tips. Fly the friendly skies. ✈️

I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
