Interview
They put all 8 candidates in one room. The recruiters showed us a video and went over some information about the position and the airline. Later they took one candidate at a time for the interview which was only with one recruiter. At the end of the interview they told me to come back in an hour for the last round of interviews. The last round of interviews was with three recruiters and they went over some question and some more information about the role.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
