I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
Completed the video interview in March 2016 and a few days later received an email inviting me to do a f2f interview. The email said I had to be available to start training within a month of interviewing, however I wasn't going to be available for a few months. I called the recruitment number and told the lady on the phone (who was very sweet) that I wouldn't be available to start until later in the year. She told me a had 6 months to schedule my f2f and that I could call back within a month of my available start date to schedule an interview. I called back in late May and was flown to Houston for my f2f. It went just as everybody said it would. Started at 8:30 sharp, a long presentation about the company, a Q&A session with a flight attendant, and then one-on-one interviews. I thought the one-on-one interview went well, after it was over the lady walked me into a second room and said that she would sent her notes on to the hiring manager who would review my application and call me back for any additional questions he might have. I waited in the second room for a while with a few other candidates (not everyone made it to room number 2, I believe some were sent home), so we thought we had successfully passed the first round and had made it to the second interview. When my name was called, I was led to a small room and introduced to the hiring manager. We shook hands, and he told me he didn't have any additional questions for me and that I would be notified within 5 to 7 days by email. I'm assuming I didn't get the position based on everything I've read on here, but I'm confused about why they would bring me into that second room to wait and meet the hiring manager if they weren't interested in interviewing me further. I guess we'll see, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
