I applied on 5/31. Received an email about the video interview the next day on 6/1. Took a few days to practice and research the questions on glassdoor. Finished the interview Sunday evening, 6/5. Was invited four days later on 6/9 morning. All of the questions are on here if you look into it enough. Write the questions down that you see. Think of potential answers. Practice in front of the computer and get comfortable talking to the screen and with what you're going to say. You have three minutes but in my personal opinion, I wouldn't spend the entire time talking, because it could come off as rambling. Don't feel obligated to use the whole three minutes I what I mean! I have done a couple of video interviews for different airlines and surprisingly this was one of the easier ones! Again, in my opinion. My best advice overall, is personality is #1. Don't strive for perfection over showing your personality. Dress professionally. Wear subtle makeup, but lipstick. Advice on speaking, do not say you love to travel or that you love people. Be more creative. Plus, they are weeding out people you are in it for more than just travel. Best of luck to everyone!
Anyone doing their interview in San Fransisco and can recommend inexpensive hotels?

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
