I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Denver, CO) in Jun 2016
Interview
Video interview. 5 questions. Recieved an invitation to 'attend' a video interview via email 1 day after I applied online. To those that are reading this for advice... Prepare. Prepare. Prepare. And then Rehearse. It is so important. Your responses to their video questionnaire should be practiced so that it is not your first time and to keep nerves at bay. This interview is not difficult. They provide ample practice opportunities prior to going 'live'. I just took my test so I don't know the outcome yet but wanted to share these tips as Glassdoor has been so helpful for me with this interview process. Good luck everyone!!
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
