Applied online and quickly got an email that my Resume was being passed on tho recruiting. Soon thereafter I got an email to complete Video within 5 days interview which I completed on the 4th day.
One week later I got an email telling me they were not interested. Next!
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
