I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
Applied on May 30th. Received a video invite on May 30th. Completed the video Interview which is very easy. You get no re-dues so they judge you even if you make a mistake on a question. Just remember there are hundreds of other people doing the same video interview if someone else did it better then you and did not mess up they are going to get them instead. They judge you. I know.
Received a email on 6/13 telling me "the number of positions available is limited and other candidates have been selected for further consideration." Which is not true because they are still accepting applications.... Judge, Judge, Judge.
When real talent is staring at you through a PC webcam, you go after it and never let go of it. United is blind to that fact because all they know is Judge, Judge, Judge.
And no I won't be applying for you in 6 months because I am going to be working all my life for the first Airline that hires me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not Important.... They ask easy questions.... If you have had at least 3 Jobs relating to costumer service you can answer them... That was my case, but my last Job was in a Hospital. Working at a Hospital is a gold mine because you can answer all these questions with ease, you deal with all types of costumers and experiences every single day.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
