I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
I had my f2f today. I thought that I did extremely well in the first interview, Which was with three recruiters. I felt like I truly connected with all of them and answered the questions really well. I even stayed an extra five minutes after the interview was over and had conversations outside flight attendant life and the guy told me I did really well. Then after the interview they took me into an holding room where I sat for 30 minutes. I felt really confident that I went through the first interview & was put into holding room where I was positive I was going to go to a second interview. They finally called my name and I was brought into a second room where I was introduced to the higher up recruiters and I was about to sit down, but the guy took me outside to wait for the shuttle. So I assume I did not get the Job. The experience was weird bc I was very confident that my interview was great, and I was put in a holding room for 30 minutes and not sent home directly like I seen with other candidates, but they still introduced me to the higher up recruiters where I was told they would email in 5-7 days. Which from what I have heard means no CJO. :/

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
