I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
First I took the online interview which I thought I completely bombed, but within 2 days got an email back iniviting me to a f2f. Btw all of the online interview questions are posted on here. Arrive early to the f2f... It'll give you a chance to meet other applicants and calm the nerves. There were about 20-30 applicants. Everyone was friendly and dressed up. The process started at 8 30 am. First everyronr turned in their resumes and confirmed their flight back home. Then a presentation was given about the position. After people got called one by one to interview with a recruiter. My interview was with a current FA.. He was very friendly. Pretty much all of the questions he asked were posted on here. They tell everyone that you will receive an email within 5-7 days about whether you got the job, or not. Unfortunetly, I got an email a few days after saying I didn't get the job. I think the people who get hired go through more than 1 interview and are notified the day of.
