I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Orlando, FL) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied on June 9th and received a digital interview June 11th. I did my interview on June 12. My recommendation is to Do the PRACTICE questions; do not skip over them!! There're are six questions which are customer service based and the objective is to answer them in STAR method: keep in mind you have 30 seconds to prepare and 3 mins to answer the question. You also want to smile and look professional, have a well lit area with a noise free plain background. I have not heard anything yet since my digital interview so I am keeping my fingers crossed and using this time to practice.
Good luck!
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
