I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at United Airlines (San Diego, CA)
Interview
I was selected to take an online interview via Hirevue, this was new for me and pretty exciting in my opinion. I was nervous about doing this for the first time so I decided to check out Glassdoor to see if there were any others who had success, tips, or negative input. I was given 5 days to complete the video interview. I chose the 4th day to submit after doing countless research and studying to make sure I was ready. In the beginning they do give you practice questions so you can see yourself and listen to how you sound to adjust if need be. I thought it said that I could choose to do as many practice questions as I want (which I was planning to take advantage of) without them seeing any of your answers but I went on to about the 6th practice question and the interview just started without me clicking "begin interview". It said now this will be your interview! You get prep time of 30 seconds and a countdown from 3 until you are on the spot. I was nervous but I felt pretty confident because I did my research and knew the questions from looking on Glassdoor so I wouldn't be caught off guard by a question. I just took a deep breath before each question and made sure that I knew that no matter what to be myself and smile with great posture and composure. It was actually fun being able to laugh a little and show character in my answers. I can't wait to hear back from them.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
