I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied for United Airlines on June 28th. The process happened quite fast for me because on the morning of the 29th, I got an email saying my resume had been passed on to recruiters. That same night I got an email saying congratulations you've made it to the next stage, which is the video interview. All the questions you see below are exactly what they asked. I did my interview on the 1st, so now I'm waiting for the next email. It was 4th of July so I know it may take a few days for a response. Everything everyone said below really did help. My one piece of advice would be make sure you do the practice question they really do help. If I make it to the in person interview I'll let everyone know.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
