Interview
I applied online for a Bilingual position. 3 days later got an invitation for a video interview to be completed within 5 days. I was out of town when I got the email ( Las Vegas with friends) When I got home I had about one full day to prepare myself for the video interview, I came to glassdoor and studied all the questions everyone else posted. I did my interview on the 5th day ( the last day) in the morning. The video interview allows you to answer practice questions before the actual interview. Those practice questions helped me so much to ease my nerves. So I highly recommend you to do the practice questions. Dress professional, look straight to the camera and be yourself.
I wasn't very confident about my interview I really felt like I blew it because I was very nervous but I tried my best. 4 days later I recieve another email to schedule my F2F interview. I am really surprised and happy. Now I'm preparing myself for the F2F. GlassDoor is helping me so much through this process, thank you all for sharing your experiences!
