I just recently did the video interview and was very nervous. i don't think i prepared for the questions enough .One thing i would have done differently is just relaxed more. i also would have worn a tie. I think you really need to ask yourself and study the questions and answers you think they'll ask you like crazy to have a better shot. I also realize that I'm glad they didn't accept my offer and put me through the next level because I had a lot going on that month and its good that I can now get it all squared away. I will try again in six months.

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
