Interview
The video interview can be a little intimidating, but I did well on it. I did however prepared quite a bit for it.
1 - Learn the History of the company.
2 - Write down as many questions as you can find on this board and answer them on paper.
3 - Make sure you look like a flight attendant for the interview.
4 - Rehearse the questions. What you will say. Record in on video and the look at it.
5 - Make eye contact with the Camera. Look directly at it.
6 - Don't give super long answers - Be confident.
7 - Do not cross your arms - body language is just as important. Hold your hands on the center of your chest.
8 - Turn off your cell phone. Mine rang during the interview and once you start it it cannot be redone. while they couldn't hear it, it made me nervous.
9 - Familiarize yourself with the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to answer your questions properly.
10 - if asked, talk briefly about yourself. Where you are from, schooling, and describe one asset. For instance you love talking to people and making sure they are ok.
There is a lot more, but these are the guidelines that I followed and I was invited to follow up interview in San Francisco.
