Interview
So you know the basics by now. Apply online, video interview talking to yourself, then a face to face request. I got there an hour early and they immediately put all of us in room together to wait. Talk with the other people, it eases the nerves; plus you might see them again! There was no group interview. Just a group informational meeting. Then they called us one by one for our one on one interview. The interview took about 10-15 minutes. They go over your resume, ask you if you're willing to relocate and if you understand the job, then ask questions in which they want specific examples, ask you to read a flight attendant message, then roll play. After this you are done. Every single one of us was sent home and told that we would know how we did in 5-7 days. Good luck.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
