F2F interview in Newark, NJ. 7/12. Stayed at near by hotel and took airport shuttle to EWR 2 hours before interview time. When arriving you have to go to the 'special services' counter by United checked baggage (special services is on other side with smaller line) get your gate pass. Go up 2 floors and go through Priority line for security (shorter than regular line) Head to gate from email. EAT breakfast because it will be a long day with no food. Most places (99% of them) only take debt/credit card, starbucks will take cash. Be at gate with other interviewers 30 minutes before hand. Be friendly with everyone, they may be going to training with you. Smile, sit up straight. Have 2 questions one before interviews and one during interview. Dress professional with pantyhose for women. Slick your hair back in a nice bun. NO tight and NO short clothes (they will send you home if you wear that). Relax and have customer service examples ready in your head. They give you all the information for this position in a little room and then call people back for one on one interviews a few at a time. If you make it to second interview then you, will wait in small room with others that have made it to round 2. If not they take you to the shuttle. Round two they call you one by one from small room to a smaller room and you have second interview. They may or may not offer you CJO. If they do then they take you to medical to pass some pre-employment tests. Then you head home!

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
