I applied online and received an email requesting me to do a video interview (Vimeo) two days later. I completed the interview on the 3rd day (they give you five to complete it). I've never done a video interview like this before so I was definitely nervous about it and probably wasn't at my sharpest. I dressed well and I thought I conducted myself pretty well.
Four days after submitting the video interview I received the TBNT email saying "...there are only so many jobs and we picked others to move forward in the process."
Disappointing for sure but they say you can apply again in six months. I doubt I'll wait that long and have already started applying to other airlines.

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
