Interview
I submitted my resume and application on Monday, July 11, 2016. That night, I received a "We are reviewing your application" email. I received my offer to the HireVue interview on Thursday, July 14 and submitted it on Saturday the 16th. STUDY THE QUESTIONS ON GLASSDOOR. I wish I had discovered this site before my HireVue interview. I think I did an okay job, but was just not as prepared as I should have been. Look into the camera. Do not get nervous and start rambling. I received my official TBNT email yesterday (July 26). Even though I didn't make it to the F2F this time, I'm going to spend the next 6 months studying and preparing myself to reapply. I will try to give an update then!

Tell us about a situation you wish you would have handled differently.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
