The interview process was very extensive. I initially applied online. This was followed by a requested video interview which was short and you just recorded your answers to a few questions. They are checking your appearance so dress accordingly. After I was invited to an in person interview. This interview took 7 hours..they make you wait a while. I arrived early as advised, and met around 15 other applicants. We all talked and everyone was super friendly but this is because they are watching to see how you interact with others to see if your fit for the position. After this we were brought downstairs to watch a video describing the position and we were able to ask some questions. Next we were each interviewed individually. I passed this part, and was sent to another room to wait for another interview. I met with the hiring manager and another person. They wanted to make sure you are serious about all of the complications that come with being a flight attendant (the salary). After this I was sent home.

How would you calm down a nervous customer during turbulence?
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
