Interview
So far, it has been easy. I applied on 8/5 and I received an invitation to have a video interview on 8/9. Since you're given 5 days to do the interview, I chose to do mine on 8/12. The questions and answers on this site really helped me. I made I smiled the whole time, and I put on my signature red lipstick to try to emulate a flight attendant. I researched their site, which came in handy for one of the questions. I also made sure that I looked at the webcam the whole time. I really emphasized customer service. What I wish I emphasized is prioritizing safety, which is the main role of a flight attendant. I haven't been invited to a f2f interview, but I'm hoping I'll hear something back soon.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
