Hi everyone I will try to give you good tips for the f2f interview!
I got my f2f interview today and I got the invitation to do the training!!!
We were like 16 people and at 9am the recruiter was there!!
(FIRST TIP YOU HAVE TO GET YOUR GATE PASS
SECOND TIP: DONT BE LATER!!!!
Yes SMILE SMILE SMILE!!!!
Do some research about flight attendant uniform and try to be like them!!! If you have tatoos hired!!! You can find good make up!!! )
They showed us a little video and after the video if you want ask something do it!!! Please don't ask about money!!! About day offs!! Or stupid questions!! Be smart!!!! Then the recruiters went the room and call one by one!!! Please prepare yourself to wait for a long time!!! I was the last person called and my recruiter was so friendly!!! When you sit in that chair it is your time to transforme a No in a big Yes!!! Time to smile, and be YOURSELF!!!
Show them that you want that job!! Show them that you know about be a flight attendant!!!
After my interview my recruiter said could you wait a little bit I want someone talk to you!!! I wait for a while and then another person came to talk to me we went in an other room and I met someone else!! They asked me more questions about who am I!!! They went out and after 2min they came and I Got my yes!!
I couldn't believe!!! Words it isn't enough to explain how happy I am!!
I saw some confident (snobby) applicants that got a No!!
So believe in yourself!!! Do your homework (YouTube has good tips too)!!! Be prepared!!!

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
