I applied online on August 10, 2016. I got an invitation to complete a video interview on August 11th. I submitted the video interview on August 15th and received an invitation for a f2f on August 17th. I called and scheduled an interview on August 18th and interviewed in Newark on August 25th. Whole process took only 15 days. There were about 20-25 people in my f2f. Just as described on here, they show you a short video and then give you a chance to ask questions. Then you are led out a few people out at a time to interview 1:1 with a recruiter. They ask situational questions and ask you to use your past experiences to speak to them. You are also asked to read an announcement and then role play a scenario. Mine was a passenger who refused to put away their laptop. Afterwards, the recruiter told me to wait in another room while he followed up with his colleagues. I waited there with four other people until my name was called about 30 minutes later. I was then led to a room with a hiring manager and a senior flight attendant. This is where they grilled me on my resume and why I wanted to be a flight attendant. Then, they stepped out of the room for about two minutes. When they came back in, they offered me the job!!!! I was elated to say the least!!! They then ask to sign a form for the background check, and ask to make a copy of your passport. They tell you to keep the news to yourself as all applicants don't encounter the same results. The senior flight attendant mentioned that I would get an email confirmation in about 5 days, but I got it literally 5 minutes later. I hope to see you all in Houston in January! :D #dreamcometrue
