I applied online on August 26th and was invited to do a video interview on August 30th, which I did on September 1st. On one hand, found the interview to be well structured and straightforward. On the other, it is quite uncomfortable to speak to a screen without any social cues or feedback. I was prepared but very nervous since this was my first time doing an interview via video. I learned a lot from glassdoor and the interview questions posted we're helpful. It is September 12th and I have yet to hear anything back so I am assuming that I am in the reject pile. On a positive note, it will be easier for me next time I need to do a video interview.
