I did my application online on Thursday and received an email Friday my information was being forwarded to the recruiting team. I received another email Monday that I was selected to do an online interview through HireVue. I am really shy to get in front of cameras so I knew this was going to be difficult for me. I did lots of researched and practiced the first two day and on the third day did the online interview. I don't feel confident about it at. I hope that they give me a chance to do a face to face interview, which I always to better at. I am confident and know that my background and qualifications is enough experience to prove to them that I can do the job....
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
