Interview
The process from application to video interview was very quick and organized well. The information on Glassdoor will help you prepare for the questions and the process involved. The video interview was difficult for me, because I was not comfortable looking at myself while answering the questions. There is reassurance in the way someone responds to you during a conversation, and that is completely removed during a video interview. I will use this as a learning experience, and move forward.

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
