Interview
My experience was ok! I sent my email with my resume and got an answer 2 days after inviting for the video interview, did the video interview on the last day so I could study a little. It was ok, but I was sure I wasn't going to get it because I stumbled a little on the answers... Even without expectation I got invited to a f2f interview in Newark. Flu a day prior. When I got there there was a group of around 22 people.
They take us to a secure area of United at the Airport. First that is a brief presentation and than they call to a f2f interview. They are pretty nice and ask you questions about your background using your resume and they ask about your costumer service experience. I guess if they like you they invite you for a second interview and put you to wait with others that were selected for the second interview as well. They take you to a small room with two managers and they basically ask the same stuff. I was pretty excited to go through the second interview because I read that as soon as you go to the second interview you are in! That is not true, I just got my response and I wasn't offered the position!
Study the questions, dress properly, smile and be personable. In the end it was a good experience for the future.

3- They ask you to read an announcement and than you a scenario to see how would you act. My case was a passengers in first class who didn't want to turn off his notebook...
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
