It was actually pretty easy. And I thought the online interview was a great way for me to express my knowledge and eagerness for the job. I applied on September 11,2016 and the following day received an email asking to do the online interview within the next 5 days. I did the online interview on the second day and I have not heard anything else since. Fingers crossed I hear something soon.

What background experience would you say qualifies you for the flight attendant position?
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
