I did my video interview on September 11th. I was nervous simply because I hate being in front of the camera. I prepared myself for 3 days by reading everything on here and trying to answer the questions I saw that people were asked. I made sure that while I was doing the interview I smiled a lot and that I looked professional ( I wore a white blouse and black blazer. Had my hair pulled back and wore a nice red lipstick.) take the 30 seconds before each question to calm your nerves, and be as natural as possible. Take your time, you have 3 minutes to answer each question! Stay positive while you wait to hear back. For the first few days I beat myself up with " should've, could've, would've s " when I thought back to my answers. But I know that I let my personality shine through and answered to the best of my ability at the time. Am still waiting to hear back for a F2F interview, staying positive and will update when I hear back!
