Interview
The interview process was very fast and a great experience overall. I did a lot of research on glass door and indeed prior to my video interview and f2f. A vast majority of the questions I got asked was on here and then in the interview both recruiters in both interviews asked what I liked and didn't like the most about my previous jobs. My favorite trying about this process was the quick process. Here is my timeline:

What would you do if a first class customer refuses to put away their laptop after multiple times of asking?
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
