I applied online on 9/28 and received my video interview the following day 9/29. I submitted my video interview on 10/1 and I am currently STILL waiting for my yes or no. I'm nervous because what if that means I didn't get the yes? Before I started the video interview, they stated it can take up to 6 weeks but according to Glass door, everyone seems to know by the 6th day. I think I did pretty good so I don't understand. Hoping I get that email to move to f2f part!
On-demand virtual interview, 1:1 virtual interview, F2F interview day w/ group activities. Nothing was tricky, but it took about 1.5 months in total. There is also a language exam for those applying to a speaker position.

Pre recorded interview you get 2 minutes to prepare and it is a total of 8 questions. It gives you about 2 minutes to answer the questions as well and it’s important to use the STAR method.

Customer service, passport, training and flexibility
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
