I applied on October 1st. Got an email acceptance email on October 5th. They give you 5 days to do the video interview. I submitted my video on October 9th. I prepared the best I possibly could and I don't think you can prepare for something such as this. My best advice is to be your self, try to have fun with it. The whole process was very nerve wrecking to me as I have never done one of these video interviews before where you are staring at your self as the timer count down starts to began. If anyone on here has applied around these same time frames as me? Link up with me! I really hope I get the f2f group/one-on-one interview. On-demand virtual interview, 1:1 virtual interview, F2F interview day w/ group activities. Nothing was tricky, but it took about 1.5 months in total. There is also a language exam for those applying to a speaker position.

Pre recorded interview you get 2 minutes to prepare and it is a total of 8 questions. It gives you about 2 minutes to answer the questions as well and it’s important to use the STAR method.

Customer service, passport, training and flexibility
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
