I did my video interview today and received an automated email from HireVue stating that United Representative will contact me to discuss about next step. So I emailed them after I completed the video interview inquiring if possible to have a copy of the video just to see how I was doing during the interview. Unfortunately they’re unable to release it until upon approval from United. I hope I did well and I am praying to get that Job.

On-demand virtual interview, 1:1 virtual interview, F2F interview day w/ group activities. Nothing was tricky, but it took about 1.5 months in total. There is also a language exam for those applying to a speaker position.

Pre recorded interview you get 2 minutes to prepare and it is a total of 8 questions. It gives you about 2 minutes to answer the questions as well and it’s important to use the STAR method.

Customer service, passport, training and flexibility
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
