Interview
Group Interview. 1 hr presentation about benefits and the job followed by individual interviews. Please note that you are called back for interviews based on the order you arrived so arriving early will get you a better interview time. If you are last to arrive expect to wait between 2-3 hours for your interview.

Question 1
They want answers in the STAR format. Questions are in categories and the interviewer chooses from a list of questions. Categories I was asked questions in: Safety Procedures: Talk about a time where you had to work with and follow safety procedures. CS Experience/Impact: Talk about a time where you really made an impact on someone and how you knew it. CS Above and Beyond: Talk about a time where you performed some really excellent CS. Difficult situation: Talk about a difficult situation and how you dealt with it.

Interview
The interview process was shortened to four questions, as two questions asked the same thing but were worded differently. The two interviewers who were supposed to attend did not, so I was interviewed by one man who asked the questions and wrote down my answers about how my experiences could apply to the role.
