I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
There was a phone interview and then a person-to-person interview after my resume and online application had been handled by HR. I was called to the maintenance facility to interview with lead engineer about my educational background and prior work experience. I met with the lead engineer and anther engineer from the office and was asked why I wanted to join the company and some information about company history and current fleet. I was then prompted for any questions I had. Pretty straight-forward.
