I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2011
Interview
Interviews are behavioral based. All candidates will be asked to offer examples of situations that match various competencies for the specific job and company values.
Due til the high volume of applicants for many jobs, it does take time to hear back from recruiting. Be patient. If your skills and qualifications match those of the job, you will hear from the recruiting team.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2017
Interview
Behavioral Interview - straight forward. The interviewer did a great job with describing the job role and opportunity. There were two interviewers that took turns in asking questions. The interview was conversational. I appreciate the time the hiring manager took to provide context about the position and what would be expected within the first few months on the job.
