Good first impression at company's recruiting information session, first to visit United booth early at engineering career fair, applied same day online and followed up with recruiter's personal email. Interview friendly, if progressed they would fly one out to their Chicago headquarters for a final interview.

process took about a month, applied online, then I received an email to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was very basic, questions about you and about the company. Then, I was selected for face to face, interviewers were very good and friendly mostly behavioral with a little technical.
