I applied on a Monday received VI the same Thursday. I did my VI on the next Tuesday but got a TBNT on the Friday of the same week. It went much faster than I had anticipated it would. I recommend making sure your hair is in a very polishes style and look.

On-demand virtual interview, 1:1 virtual interview, F2F interview day w/ group activities. Nothing was tricky, but it took about 1.5 months in total. There is also a language exam for those applying to a speaker position.

Pre recorded interview you get 2 minutes to prepare and it is a total of 8 questions. It gives you about 2 minutes to answer the questions as well and it’s important to use the STAR method.

Customer service, passport, training and flexibility
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
