They ask a lot of great questions. Many open ended questions and scenarios where the answer isn't easy to know the right one. The interviewers are kind and thorough. Come prepared. Don't be offended if they don't offer you a position as they may be looking for something specific in the interview that matches what they want; however, you won't know what exactly it is.

Interview
The interview did not start ontime. One interviewer was late by 30 minutes. Diversity is still an issue when they consider a person of color for a management role. One of the interviewers showed up late by 30 minutes and was not interested in the interview process. He left the room after 10 minutes. May be they already know who they will be hiring.
