(I put that I did not get an offer because I am still in the interview process) Applied online, the next day I got an email to complete a video interview. You have 5 BUSINESS days. The email doesn't specify it but it is business days, Saturday and Sunday not included. There is an intro video that you do before the questions that you can re-record as many times as you'd like. After that, there are 5-6 questions. You have 30 seconds to look at the question and think of your answer and 3 minutes to answer. You can not re-record the answer videos. I watched a few youtube videos from current flight attendants for tips, which helped a lot. Definitely look at the United website for their company values/brand. Hopefully I will hear back for a face to face interview!

Tell us about your experience in customer service and how it has prepared you to become a United Airlines flight attendant.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
