Interview
I attended the group interview in Newark. The interview consisted of 3 rounds of interviews. We started off with about 29 candidates, about 10 made it through all 3 rounds. The first 2 rounds consisted of one on one interviews with current flight attendants, the last round was with the hiring manager and a lead flight attendant. It was a very pleasant, relaxed experience.

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
