Applied online with my resume. Shortly after I was sent an email to complete an online interview. This consisted of using a webcam and recording my answers to questions. I found this interview harder than an in person interview because you don’t have anyone to gauge a reaction from. Nearly two months later I was offered a flight to Houston for my in person interview. There were about thirty of us interviewing and two senior flight attendants gave us a presentation on United’s policies and benefits. It was a welcoming atmosphere. My first in person interview was about five minutes and after I was lead to a meeting room where a few other applicants waited with me. Shortly after we were called in for a second interview, this time by two United staff members. This interview was even briefer, consisting of only three or so questions. We were told we would receive emails on whether we would be chosen for training within ten days. I, however, received a positive email back the same day of my interview.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
