I applied online at the beginning of April. HR contacted me via email at the end of April to schedule a video interview (recorded). The video interview only had three questions. I was invited to to come in for an in-person interview at the beginning of May but due to United's interviewer(s) schedule, I was not able to get an interview appointment until the last week of May. United made me an offer on the second week of June.
The offer compensation was fine, but the benefits (travel and etc) were what sealed the deal :)
