I applied for United and two days later I got an email inviting for a video interview. I did the video interview yesterday. They asked me 5 questions. It was pretty easy. They allowed me to retake it if I had to 4 times before submitting the video and they didn’t time me when I was reading the question. So first they let you read it and only when you push the bottom record starts recording it. I am waiting on the next steps now.

5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.

Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
