I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process took a month to complete. The overall process was not the worst I've had. There was an initial screening call then if you passed that then you were invited to the Chicago headquarters for a final round of interviews. For me, I had a Fit and two behavioral interviews along with an excel portion for the interview. I thought the overall process went well up until I heard back that I was not moving forward. When I had asked for feedback the company was unresponsive. The excel portion was asking about profitability to a change in seats on different fleets of aircraft.

Question 1
Why United? Why are you looking to leave your current company? Tell me about a time when you missed a deadline and how you dealt with it? Tell me about a time when you had to reprioritize a task for your manager?
phone call first and then asked to take a test. Tests are several questions like how to increase the volume or how to deal with a competitor if they lower the price.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Feb 2022
Interview
The process first began with a phone interview with one of the managers on the team. The second round was an excel case, a case study and virtual interview with two managers on the team. Overall, I would say the second round was very intensive in comparison to other companies I've interviewed for. I felt like the case study and excel should be considered a round in itself due to the time commitment. As an idea, maybe splitting it so that the second round is the interview with the two managers and the third round be the cases (or the other way around) and eliminating candidates round by round would be beneficial to the interviewer. At the end of the day we're taking time off for these opportunities so the sooner we're made aware we aren't exactly what they're looking for, the better. Aside from that everyone I interviewed with seemed very welcoming. The only thing that bothered me in the process was that I had to follow-up in order to get an update on their decision. In my follow-up I asked for feedback and wasn't given any, instead was given a generic "We've gone another route." I think if its an uncomfortable situation for the hiring team, an HR rep. should make it a point to provide that feedback.
I applied online. I interviewed at United Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
Three different question types based on behavioral, strategic, and mathematical. This was your standard 30 minute interview that asked about 2-3 questions in each of these categories. This interview was very straight forward and was the first round process.
