A very complete interview. Took almost 4 hours (including the tour), however the interviewers were welcoming and not intimidating. The whole process from online submission to offer was about 4 weeks.

I had a brief phone interview and then was called in for an hour long interview with the reporting manager and senior manager. It was natural style Q and A no frills and very comfortable.
