I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview
The recruiters are very adept at making you feel welcome and at ease. They want to really bring out the most sincere and genuine part of you. Be comfortable, and be yourself. That’s what they’re looking for, focus on that over the questions. The answers are important but do not be a robot in answering them. They place more weight on a confident yet humble and approachable person with a good answer over a robotic unapproachable person with a great answer.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Describe a previous dispute between you and a coworker and how you resolved it.
5 Step process, several stages of vetting. Application, assessment, pre-recorded interview, live virtual interview, in person interview. Hardest was in person interview. Practice STAR format. They check to make sure you pass the tattoo requirements several times throughout. Also valid passport as well as background check and DOT drug test.
