I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
I applied online on Dec 3, 2019, and there's an online assessment after the application. It is very important to answer them thoroughly. I got my video interview request the next day and it gave me five days to complete it. I prepared for it and finished my video interview on the last day. On Dec 11, I received a f2f interview email and scheduled my f2f at Houston, TX on Jan. 23, 2020 (I want to have enough time to prepare for the interview, check online resources about the interview questions, they are very helpful). UA sent me the Airline ticket on Dec 21. On the f2f interview day, there were about 20 candidates. it first started with Resume and Letter of Recommendation submission to the recruiters. Then one recruiter will go through company intro and group activities with all the candidates. After that six recruiters will call a 1on1 interview. After the first round, candidates will either continue to the second 2on1 interview or go home. If passed the second interview, the recruiting team will send out the CJO in email. The overall process is quick and all recruiters on interview day are super nice and sweet people. Just be yourself and show the best quality of yourself. I had an extraordinary experience with UA and its recruiting team. It was a wonderful day!

Interview
The interview process was in a relaxed environment with other applicants. If you made it through to the end you would need to make it through three rounds of interviews.
The first question was clarification of passport and the second question was checking the existence of tattoos on your body. There were about 4 situational and behavioral questions. You’re given 2 minutes to answer each question.

Great experience. It was a group of candidates, then 1-1 was called to interview. If you pass, you will do fingerprint, start the background check on the spot, if you pass the background after a few weeks, you will get scheduled for training.
