Applied then received the invitation for video interview and then a couple of weeks later the F2F. Flew me out to the closest base. I had read previously how intense the interview process was and I can confirm. It was a long day of question and answer and then if they like you they take you to meet a couple more people and if those people like you they offer you a spot in training.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
